If yours isn't here, write to support@youspot.com. ## What it is ### What is YouSpot? A personal CRM for one person rather than a sales team. It reads the people and companies you already know from your mail, calendar and LinkedIn, keeps them current on its own, and answers questions about them in plain English. ### Who is it for? Anyone whose work comes from people they know: consultants, fractional executives, founders, investors, freelancers. If more than half your work arrives by referral or repeat, and you have more past clients than you can hold in your head, it is for you. ### What is a second brain? The graph YouSpot builds from everything you connect. Every person, company, meeting, note and file is a point in it, joined by what actually connects them. Your first brain does the thinking; this one does the remembering. ### How is this different from a CRM? You never type anything in. There are no stages, no leads and no pipeline. It works on the hundred-odd people you can't hold in your head, and it shows up with a draft rather than waiting to be opened. ### Is this for teams? No, on purpose. One person, one price, and the price never depends on you hiring. ## Connecting ### What can I connect? Your LinkedIn export first: every connection, with messages and invitations if you want them. The Chrome extension keeps it current as you browse. Then Gmail, Google Calendar, HubSpot, X, Slack and Obsidian when you want them in the picture. ### What do I have to type in? Nothing. Import your history and the record builds from what already happened. You never have to know what to ask; the findings arrive. ### How long until it's useful? About a minute after your history lands it shows you the people worth a minute: who's gone quiet, who's coming up, who changed jobs. That is usually the first surprise. ### Does it read all my email? It reads the mail you connect, mostly your sent mail, to learn who you know, when you last spoke and how you write. It never sends anything. You can disconnect an account at any time. ## Asking and agents ### What does it notice, and what can I ask it? It notices on its own: who's gone quiet, who changed jobs, who you never answered, what you promised. When you want to ask, you can: who do I know at Arbor Health, what did I charge for work like this. It answers from your own history and says where each fact came from. ### What is an agent? A job that runs on its own and emails you when there is something worth knowing: who to reconnect with this week, a brief before each call, the invoices your mail says you never heard back about. Nineteen ship, on five shelves. ### Does it send emails for me? No. It drafts them into your own Gmail, in your voice, and you press send. No agent has ever contacted anyone on your behalf, and none can. ### Will it tell me an invoice was paid? No. It reads your mail, not your bank. It tells you what your email says you invoiced and never heard back about, and drafts the follow-up. ### Will it email me every day? Only when there is something to say. A run with nothing to report says so once and stops. Most agents run weekly. ### Can I use it from Claude or ChatGPT? Yes. YouSpot runs a Model Context Protocol server, so Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Claude Code can ask your second brain questions directly. ## Price ### How much does it cost? Solo is $1 a month with 100 credits. Pro is $10 with 1,000. One person, one price, cancel from billing settings any time. ### What is a credit? One unit of metered work: a chat turn, a tool call that reaches a model, or an enrichment. Reading your own data and browsing it cost nothing. ### Is there a free trial? Not a self-serve one. Solo at $1 a month is the way to try it, and cancelling in the first month means that is all it cost. The private beta, by invitation, is free for 30 days. ## Your data and leaving ### What data does YouSpot hold? Only what you connect: contacts, companies, notes, files, and the mail and calendar details from the accounts you link. Every question is answered from your own account and nobody else's. ### Can I take my data out? Yes, in one click, in a format you can read. Export is a feature we publish, not a setting we hide. ### How do I cancel? From billing settings, whenever you like. There is no contract, no cancellation fee and no exit interview. ### How do I report a security issue? Email security@youspot.com.
